 Our Hometown Heroes Program is a program designed to help our heroes who serve our community and country. This program help eliminate the high cost of homeownership by reducing the amount of cash needed to purchase a home. 

Some of the features of this program: 

• Allow the use of nontraditional credit for applicants that may not have traditional credit established. Allow a higher debt-to-income ratio

• Allow loans up to 100%

• Allow undocumented income to be used by those that may have outside of the workplace income.

• Allow credit scores as low as 620 with 100% financing.

You DO NOT have to be a Teacher to enjoy the program. You DO NOT have to be a Doctor to enjoy this program. For more information click on the link to the left of this page.
