 Our Hometown Heroes Program is a program designed to help our heroes who serve our community and country. This program help eliminate the high cost of homeownership by reducing the amount of cash needed to purchase a home. 

Some of requirements of this program: 

• full-time employee at the primary, secondary or college/university level of a public or private school.

• employed as but not limited to custodial staff, administrative support, counselor, administrator, librarian, teacher and professor

• 620 or above credit score

• part-time teacher with regularly scheduled hours at the school and the school must be your primary source of income.

• other underwriting factors as determine by program guide.
