 Our Hometown Heroes Program is a program designed to help our heroes who serve our community and country. This program help eliminate the high cost of homeownership by reducing the amount of cash needed to purchase a home. 

Some of requirements of this program: 

• full-time healthcare employee in one of the following positions: registered nurse (RN), licensed practical nurse (LPN) or licensed vocational nurse, nursing assistant who is designated as a certified nursing assistant, advanced unlicensed assistant or unlicensed assistive personnel, physician's assistant, medical technician, technologist or therapist who is licensed and / or accredited

• full-time hospital, nursing facility or doctor's office employee

• full-time pharmacist assistant

• medical resident, physician or fellow

• full-time dentist, oral surgeon or dental assistant

• 620 or above credit score

• other underwriting factors as determine by program guide.
